Where is the Boutique located?

We are an online boutique but your favorite shopaholic is based in NYC.

When are orders processed?

Shopaholic’s Closet processes orders Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm. All orders are processed within 1-2 Business Days with receipt of payment. If there is a delay or problem with your order we will contact you.

What if something is wrong with my order?

If you have a problem with your order from Shopaholic’s Closet please contact us immediately through our Contact page.

How will I receive my order?

Products will be shipped directly from the brands we feature. Therefore, you may receive your order in multiple packages.

Can I change my order?

If you want to change your order contact use IMMEDIATELY. We process orders within 1-2 Business Days. Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed.

A product I’ve seen is no longer available. What do I do?

The pieces and brands that we work with are unique and often times pieces are available in limited quantities. Sometimes we will only have one (1) item in stock. Once it sells out, it sells out and we generally do not restock.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Our shopping cart is powered by Shopify. All payments are processed through PayPal and Stripe. Two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

Is shipping really Free?

Absolutely! All domestic orders ship FREE!

Do you accept orders outside of the US?

We sure do! International orders are welcome. Just play an additional flat fee of $10 for shipping.

Please Note: Some of our brands only ship to US customers. Please keep that in mind when making purchases.

How quickly does my order ship?

All orders are processed by Shopaholic’s Closet within 1-2 Business Days. All items ship directly from the brand side and require lead time. Most lead times are between 2-5 Business Days. Most shipping times are between 3-5 Business Days.

How will I know when my order ships?

Once shipped you will receive an email confirmation.

What is the return and exchange policy of Shopaholic’s Closet?

All sales are final. However, if the item is damaged, defective or not as described please contact us within 5 days of the item being received. Any decision is at the discretion of Shopaholic’s Closet.
